Managing the boarding area is Michael Reno.  Michael has worked at Middendorf Animal Hospital for over 4 years in the kennel area, starting in high school.  He enjoys working with animals and has adopted a cat named Keik.  Michael is currently looking for part time kennel workers to help out during the busy season.  It's a great job for a student off for the summer who can work 2 - 3 days per week for the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 - 8:00 PM shift.  And it pays above minimum wage!

Click for a PDF to print or a Word document to fill out for Michael or the office manager Kay Vaught.

Our groomer is Michele Pope.  Michele is a graduate of the Nash Academy in Lexington and she loves to help your cats and dogs look their best.  Schedule a visit with her between the hours of 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays.  Michele has experience with many animals:  she owns a lab, medium mix terrier, a Japanese Chin, a Shih-Tzu, and a black cat (plus two teenage sons!).
Running the office with easy efficiency is Kay Vaught, Practice Manager.  Kay went to the University of Cincinnati to where she earned a degree as a registered veterinary technician.  Kay has been with Middendorf Animal Hospital since it opened in January 1996.  She loves animals and owns 5 dogs and 3 cats.  Kay's email is kay@middendorfanimalhospital.com.

All of our staff strives to ensure you and your pet a quality visit each time you visit us.  If we can assist you in any way please do not hesitate to ask!  We also welcome your comments and feedback about our facilities, procedures and even this website.  Please email us at office@middendorfanimalhospital.com.
